Live online briefings for Science Subject Leaders, providing opportunities to keep informed on any local or national updates, to reflect on their role and further develop provision in their role in school.
A pre-recorded version of the briefing will be available after the session to support reflection, discussion, and school improvement planning. Recordings can be accessed via the My Account Area.
New for 2026/27
In response to feedback, SIL is piloting a number of in-person briefing sessions to provide additional opportunities for networking, collaboration, and professional development.
These sessions are available at:
- £80 per place (PAYG)
- £20 per place - for schools that have purchased the 2026/27 Primary Leadership Briefings SLA
These in-person sessions complement the online briefings, offering valuable opportunities to connect with peers and engage in further CPD.

These briefings are available either PAYG or as part of the 2026/27 Leadership Briefing package. Purchasing this package entitles schools and settings to one place per briefing.
All costs are subject to VAT. Failure to cancel a non-attendance will incur costs.
