Course Overview
This briefing is for headteachers to support them to meet their statutory responsibilities in respect of safeguarding. It is anticipated that every headteacher will choose to attend however additional places are available for other senior staff, chairs of governors and safeguarding governors. Headteachers who are also Designated Safeguarding Leads must attend separate statutory refresher training for the DSL role.

Any supplementary info
This course is only available to schools who purchase a SIL Safeguarding SLA. Settings are entitled to one free place included within the SLA. Additional places are charged at £105 per person
