Course Overview
This half day training is tailored specifically for leaders in secondary schools, focusing on the effective use of Analyse School Performance (ASP) and the Inspection Data Summary Report (IDSR). Understanding how to navigate and interpret ASP and the IDSR is essential for leaders who are responsible for evaluating school performance and working with governors . The training will also include a summary of changes made to performance measures in general following the DfE consultation, and highlight key areas where this may present different information from IDSR

The course will be led by Duncan Baldwin, former head teacher and deputy director of policy at ASCL where he led on assessment, qualifications, school performance and accountability. Duncan currently works as a policy advisor for the Confederation of School Trusts and is an Excellence and Improvement Partner for a number of Liverpool schools and others around the country.
