Course Overview
This face-to-face training course is designed for newly appointed Educational Visits Coordinators (EVCs) and for EVCs who have not undertaken EVC training within the last three years. The course provides the knowledge and understanding required to effectively fulfil the EVC role, supporting the planning, management and approval of educational visits in line with current guidance and best practice. Training is delivered by an OEAP and AALEOV-accredited Course Director, ensuring participants receive high-quality, sector-recognised training informed by current educational visits guidance

Cost
One free place per year if your school has purchased the Education Visits Coordinator training SLA for 2026-2027 academic year, otherwise £165.00 per person.
