St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust is highly ambitious for
all children and young people. The Trust currently includes six
primary academies and four secondary academies, two with
sixth form colleges. This is a really exciting time to join our team

We are looking for a highly skilled and credible governance professional who can operate confidently at senior level.

You will bring:

Significant experience in a governance or compliance leadership role within a regulated environment
Expert knowledge of the academy trust governance framework and statutory requirements
Strong understanding of company law, charity law and regulatory compliance
Experience of advising Boards and senior leaders on governance matters
Proven ability to lead, develop and coordinate teams and services across multiple sites
Excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills, with the ability to manage complexity and risk effectively
A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and mission of the Trust is essential.
