We are a happy, nurturing and ambitious 1.5 form entry primary school and nursery. We have been praised by the Minister of State for School Standards who acknowledged our school is in the top 3% of primary schools in the country when measuring the progress made between Key Stage 1 and the end of Key Stage 2. 

Our latest grading by Ofsted in June 2024 is ‘Good’ and Mab Lane Primary is currently celebrating 10 years of being a ‘Good’ school. 

We have recently received the Inclusion Quality Award and have been recommended as a centre of excellence.
