About the Organisation

Our school family and local community are proud of our school, which is underpinned by our Christian values. We are committed to ensuring that school offers an excellent education for our children. Our children, staff and governors are a wonderful team. The staff work hard, and a new member to our school family needs to also share our determination to do our very best and to support all children to achieve in an environment where they feel safe and supported. In return, we would offer all the support and training necessary to help the successful candidate to fulfil their potential and realise their ambitions. We offer a culture of camaraderie between all staff with relationships built upon trust and understanding. On top of this, joy and laughter are present in everyday school life.

Rectory is a one-form primary school in Downall Green, South Wigan and is a happy place to work. The children are keen to learn, and they deserve the best.
