About the Role

We are looking to appoint 2 x dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 1:1 Teaching Assistants who are passionate about education and learning. See Job Description and Person Specification.
This is a fixed term position until 31st August 2027.

Personal Qualities

Successful candidates will:
• Have a commitment to promoting the ethos and values of our Christian School (this should not prevent candidates from other faiths applying).
• Promote our positive behaviour policy and ensuring pupil safety at all times.
• Be able to provide support to individuals and groups, contributing to the delivery of intervention programmes.
• Work alongside the class teacher to give formative feedback to pupils during/after lessons. 
• Be able to establish positive professional relationships with children, parents/carers and staff.
