About the Organisation

At Heygreen Primary School we work hard to ensure that we give each and every child who attends our school the very best start in life, so that they can go on to achieve their full potential.
We encourage all our children to aim high and achieve their very best at all times – both in school and out. By setting challenging goals and supporting children to achieve these goals, we aim to show that the key to success is ambition and hard work. We want our children to have high aspirations, and we want to ensure that our part of their learning journey is a positive and rewarding one.

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in a child's educational journey? We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will act as a key adult for a child (or children) with additional learning needs. You will deliver tailored 1:1 and small group interventions, helping to dismantle barriers to learning and ensuring every child has the opportunity to flourish, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential.
